Good day… who am I kidding morning everyone! I just rolled out of bed! We are in the beach town of Brighton visiting my cousin who lives here since it has been far too long since we last met up with her❤️ Mum and I squeezed in a little get away right before I travel to Japan to pick up Luna.

We started the day with a cozy little brunch at Billies down in Brighton. It’s a branch that has a shop both in Brighton and another one in Hove. They specialize in hash, not the common more American hash brown that most America influenced Europeans would think of(or am I just pointing a finger at myself?) but something more leaning to the Swedish Pyttipanna sans the meat chunks? Deliciously butter fried potato cubes that give you the perfect salt and crisp next to a beautifully poached eggs benedict! I could have asked for a better start of the morning 🤤❤️
