INSPO FROM JAPAN
My favourite cocktail when I’m in Japan is a Whisky highball, that and a Japanese sour.
Technically it is just a desired shot of whisky over a ton of ice and topped off with your soda water of choice. I prefer a flavored water, either citrus or fruity like peach.
