Good morning everyone,
My new favorite breakfast at the moment has been a kassler croissant. I don’t know what Kassler is called in English, but it reminds me of the English bacon you’d get on a classical English breakfast. I don’t know, salty ”bacon” in combination with the flakey delicate croissant is just a perfect combo that satisfies my salty cravings in the morning. There is also something that feels a bit luxuriosus with starting your day with a croissant in any form.
