Okej jag vet att jag är en av få, men jag är fortfarande inte den enda som inte gillar mandelmassan på semlor! haha jag tycker den är FÖR söt och gör det bara jobbigt för mig att äta en semla…. jag är så himla petig med mat! Hur som helst så har vi ett bageri fett nära hos vid Bävernsgränd som heter Central bageriet, de har dem godaste vaniljsemlorna jag någonsin käkat! Istället för mandelmassa så har de vaniljkräm(nåt jag faktiskt tål att äta) och oj oj va gott det var! Blir sugen på att ta med mig några till alla mina älsklingar på jobbet… men det skulle nog vara specialbehandling…

Hear me out on this one first! I know that i am one of the few people(at least Swedes) that cannot stand the taste of almond icing or mandelmassa… but I am far from the only one! Gosh I dislike it so much I’ve never been able to eat a a Semla properly. My mum has also never been able to just buy me a princess cake and call it a day on my birthdays since I would be the only one not enjoying MY cake on my birthday! Last year she woke me up with a vanilla bun(yeah don’t really do cinnamon either…) with candles cause she could not find anything else I’d like haha!
However my mum introduced me to this really cute little bakery at Bävernsgränd near my place that sells the most delicous VANILLA semlas I’ve ever had! I know I have tasted these ones before somewhere but these were soooo fresh, the buns were so soft and the cream just perfectly smooth! I am seriously tempted to buy a couple and bring them to my darlings at work but that would actually be favorism(cause I unfortunatley don’t have enough to buy one each for everyone…) and I’m not really into that type of treatment… oh well more for me! 🙂
