God morgon allihopa!
Det är varmt där ute hörni! Omkring 30 grader i Uppsala och Stockholms trakterna fram till helgen så kom ihåg att dricka mycket kallt och hålla er fräscha~ Även om jag kör på en iskaffe nu på morgonkvisten så tror jag ändå att vi i sån här värme bör köra varannan vatten även med dessa drycker, ta hand om er!

Oh my… help me it’s so hot outside! We are having around 30 degrees Celsius here in the Uppsala and Stockholm areas which is around 86 degrees Fahrenheit. I know I know it’s not thaaat much but for us Swedes it’s quite the warm summer☀️ It’s important that we all stay hydrated and refreshed in this heat and even if my morning ice coffee wouldn’t be my first recommendation to the rest of you(water is probably our best friend here) it’s sooooo tasty💕 We have a saying in Sweden that we use when we are drinking alcohol which translates to “every second should be water” I think I’ll keep that saying in mind these days even when it’s not about alcohol~ Enjoy the weather but take care everyone🧊💕
