One of my goals every years I feel like, is always starting the whole blogging thing properly. There has been different things that have stopped me through the years be it, embarrassment, laziness, focus on new jobs, or the last one being focusing more on my relationship and my boyfriend moving to Sweden. I feel like 2025 is a year that will be more stable and I will have more time to dive into blogging and other social media channels again. My new computer (that I’m typing on now) is a great insipiration!
My boyfriend moved to Sweden to be with me in May last year and since then we have busy getting everything settled from bank accounts to jobs and our new apartment to be a place we both can come back to and relax at. I feel like we both finally have settled in to our new life together and even though 2025 might bring some changes I’m at ease knowing that our base is well grounded enough that we comfortably get through them too. Next year is to find more stability and a better rhythm with our everyday life.
Just like with my earlier somed endeavors I’ve been on the get into the work out habit train for a couple years now without successfully being able to stay on it long enough to make it into a habit. I think my overall Achille’s heel with both these has been having to many things that I try to implement at once. Money habits, food habits, workouts, someds and sleep… I’ve noticed that even though tried implementing them all one new year’s a while back I failed in accomplishing them all but have sort of been slowly checking them off. I feel like I’ve got my food and sleep habit down and improved now and the work out is definitely more motivated at the moment I just need to really get it started. I will go VERY small and aim for 1 activity a week! I should be able to find enough time to squeeze in a small work out around my weekly days off.
Our new apartment is amazing. I love coming back home and love spending time there. It has everything we need to make it a cozy home now but in a way I’m the only one who REALLY decorated the place since I moved in a good 8 months before him while we were still going through the visa process. He loves it he is not thaaat into styling the home anyway and we have started incorporating things that improve his lifestyle in the apartment as well, like the computer table we got in the summer as he really likes to play his games. I think small little things to bring more of both our personalities and that will help us minimize our clutter will be the next investments. The big things are here now we are just going to fine tune it to our liking and style.
2025 is the year I’m getting my finances in the green after the year full of travel that has been 2024 I really feel like a need to give my card a little detox for the 1st quarter of 2025. I will still treat myself and my loved ones to some pampering now and then. But the yearly Krabi trip with Emil is of the record on ’25 as well as any big travels for my boyfriend’s or mum’s birthdays. If anything I think we will do a spa day or sleep over for those events. I think the only possible trip I’ll do in 2025 is Paris with my mother in law because we might as well do it when she comes all the way from Korea now in December-January and a quick trip to Japan to help out my friend Luna. BUT that is it until after the summer, at least that is the goal.
I’m also gonna jump on the shopping ban trend and see how I can implement it in my life. I have already been on a make up ban for like 6 months, I think my next step is a complete clothes and anything related to health because I’m noticing I have a big stash of all from tooth paste to body washes etc in our bathroom. Our place also isn’t the biggest so we don’t have the extra space for this much surplus and extras.
