Good day everyone,
it’s 1st advent and as I’m not the most traditional Swede out there so instead of having the all classic Advent fika I will be at work. Normally Swedes would meet up and light one of the 4 candles to countdown the weekends before Christmas. This of course over a classic Christmas/advent fika of saffron buns and chocolare fudge with some glögg if you like warm, juicey wine…
I’ll be working but will try to enjoy my little belated fika on tuesday once I’m off.
I did Christmasify my apartment a bit, but I feel that my cute decorations last year have grown a bit tacky in this bigger flat. I think I will do a bit more decorations shopping after Christmas and see if I get a bit of a deal on some nice things after the holidays. So next year, which will be BF’s first proper Christmas time in Sweden in our common flat, will be magical~
